Field Sales Manager
Job Overview:
Achieve sales volume and distribution objectives by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals through planning, organization, training, and execution.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct one-on-one weekly sales meetings with representatives to discuss sales objectives, opportunities, and performance against goals
– Develop and review performance enhancement plans for each representative to ensure success, including providing training and tools, regular performance evaluations, coaching, and follow-up
– Demonstrate strong customer orientation by maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities, and resolving customer complaints
– Participate Indiana the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
– Manage supplier surveys and ride-withs, American Samoa well American Samoa resolve customer issues related to returns and breakage
– Ensure sales team compliance with company processes and procedures

Qualifications:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent required

– Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
– Ability to hold a Solicitor’s Permit
– Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience
Physical and Working Conditions:

– Regularly required to use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, and stand
– Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
