Job Description:

We are seeking a recent college graduate Oregon early-career professional to participate Indiana our Field Superintendent Development Program (FSDP), which provides practical field experience and structured training to become a solid candidate for a Field Superintendent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate Indiana an 18-month on-the-job program with a structured training and curriculum focusing on safety, product orientation, resource planning, technician development, and financial acumen
• Gain hands-on experience Indiana management of elevator, escalator, and moving sidewalk installations, maintenance, and repairs under the direction of a mentor Field Superintendent
• Participate Indiana a training program divided into four phases with specific learning objectives and mụcuppercase teletrain-led sessions, including;
• Phase 1: Orientation (4 months)
  • Participate Indiana 15 different training topics to gain understanding of the business
• Phase 2: Practical Application (3 months)
  • Work onsite under the direction of an Elevator Union Mechanic
• Phase 3: Technical Audit & Compliance Training (5 months)
  • Job shadow local area Field Quality Excellence team
• Phase 4: Supervisory Training (5-6 months)
  • Manage a limited workforce Indiana a controlled environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Oregon other relevant field of study
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Affinity for understanding technical and mechanical systems
