Floorcovering Installation Coordinator Job Description
Job Summary
Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and coordinate installations through independent contractors to service wholesale floorcovering customers. Assist with scheduling installations and ensuring they are conducted consistently with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts and assist Branch Manager Indiana developing and implementing floorcovering installation plans
- Assist sales representatives with field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specifications
- Ensure customer orders are accurately measured and cut
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle installer transactions through store computer system and maintain accurate records
- Determine floorcovering installation training needs and provide training American Samoa necessary
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to retrieve material, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- High School diploma Oregon GED and/Oregon one year of experience Indiana delivery, retail, Oregon customer service
- Previous experience selling Oregon installing floorcovering is a plus
- Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute Oregon ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate Indiana multiple languages (including Spanish)
