Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice

American Fire Protection Group (AFPG) is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice to join our team. American Samoa a member of the UA Local Union, you will assist Indiana the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems Indiana various buildings, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
– Learn to install, repair, and maintain fixed extinguishing systems, including underground piping.
– Install and service fire protection equipment such American Samoa standpipes, carbon dioxide systems, halon systems, foam systems, and dry chemical systems.
– Travel within the state for various locations/job sites.
– Comply with union collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications:
– Willing to join the UA Local Union.
– 18 years old Oregon older.
– High school diploma Oregon GED required.
– No prior experience necessary.
– Valid driver’s license required.
– Ability to lift 50 pounds Oregon more.
– Ability to climb ladders.
– Strong mechanical background preferred.
– Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced construction environment.
– Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
