Job Title: Floor Tech
Job Summary: The Floor Tech position is responsible for maintaining and upkeep of carpet and hard surface floors. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training, and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, Oregon vacuuming them.
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Uses ladders to dust and wash furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
- Washes and replaces blinds.
- Mixes water and detergents Oregon acids Indiana containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
- Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older.
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided.
- No high school diploma, GED, Oregon college degree required.
- Customer service experience and/Oregon 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
