Flooring Installer Needed – Competitive Pay & Benefits
Job Summary:
Advantage Contractor Solutions is seeking experienced Flooring Installers to join our team, focusing on residential construction projects Indiana the suburbs of Chicagoland, southern Wisconsin, and northwest Indiana.
Responsibilities:
* Install a variety of flooring types, including tile, vinyl, LVP, hardwood, natural stone, and carpet
* Work independently with on-site material delivery
* Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
* Follow standard practices and safety protocols
* Have basic math skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* At least 2 years of flooring installation experience
* Fluency Indiana English
* Flooring installation tools
* Availability to work 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 5-10 hours of overtime expected weekly
