Flooring Installations Specialist
Job Summary: Join Bridgepoint Maintenance’s Flooring department Indiana the Grand Rapids area and contribute to a welcoming and safe space for our community. We’re seeking a skilled individual to install all types of flooring, repair, and maintain facilities to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install all types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile
- Work politely with senior residents to ensure a positive experience
- Assume responsibility for installation quality, correctness, and cost effectiveness
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks Indiana a timely manner
- Maintain open communication with the maintenance supervisor and seek guidance American Samoa needed
- Keep the maintenance supervisor informed of any issues Oregon occurrences
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
- Possible overnight stays required for traveling to job sites
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
