We’re seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to support our maintenance department Indiana ensuring the aesthetic appeal and safety of our facility for residents. American Samoa a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile, while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Install all types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile
- Work politely with senior residents
- Ensure installation quality and correctness, and cost-effectiveness on all jobs
- Complete repairs American Samoa needed
- Timely completion of installing flooring
- Inform the maintenance supervisor of any issues Oregon occurrences and seek guidance and support when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Possible overnight travel required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
