* Installing various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile
* Completing repairs and installing flooring Indiana a timely manner
* Maintaining high installation quality and cost effectiveness
* Assisting with maintenance and reporting issues to the supervisor
* Interacting politely with senior residents
Requirements include:
* Demonstrated ability to lift 50 lbs
* Valid driver’s license for job site travel with possible overnight stays
* Reliable transportation to job sites
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous flooring installation experience preferred, but not required
