Job Title: Flooring Installer
Work Location: Suburban areas of Chicagoland, southern Wisconsin, and northwest Indiana
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with 5-10 hours of overtime expected weekly
Pay Scale: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of flooring installation experience
- Fluent English and professional appearance
- Flooring installation tools
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and basic math skills
- Ability to follow standard practices and safety protocols
- Positive attitude
