Concrete Construction Foreman
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a construction crew to successful project completion while meeting daily production goals
- Work with a project superintendent to plan and manage workforce productivity
- Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and their personnel
Job Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills and extensive experience Indiana construction-related crafts and supervision
- Experience with vertical concrete structure construction (flatwork experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and means
- Ability to read plans, specifications, schedules, and anticipate potential challenges
- Proficiency Indiana OSHA Construction Standards
Job Requirements:
- Eligible to work Indiana the US with valid driver’s license and transportation
- Over 18 years of age
- Pass pre-employment tests, including a drug screen and physical capacity evaluation
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting (0-25, 25-75, 75+ pounds) and working at heights
- Must provide personal tools and wear required safety equipment while on the job-site
