Industrial Foreman/Crew Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Foreman/Crew Leader to join our team at HPC-Industrial Indiana Norco, Louisiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading two Oregon more crews, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydroblasting equipment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of industrial cleaning operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead two Oregon more crews, ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal
- Manage crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions
- Train and develop equipment technicians
- Interact with customers Indiana a professional manner and exhibit excellent communication/human relation skills
- Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
- Additional duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable service Indiana the industrial cleaning industry
- High school diploma/GED Oregon equivalent
- TWIC card required
- Strong knowledge Indiana the operation of equipment used Indiana Hydroblasting and vacuum truck
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment preferred
- Valid CDL is a plus
- Ability to work Indiana an industrial setting with varying climate conditions and exposure to hazardous materials
Work Environment:
- Industrial setting, including refineries, petro-chemical, utilities, pulp and paper mills, etc.
- Schedule varies, including on-call, weekends, and nights
