Training and Compensation:
- 1-week Mechanical Safety Orientation and 6 weeks of craft-specific training Indiana welding and fabrication
- Paid travel to McDonough, Georgia for training
- 80/20 plan for employee, spouse, and dependents
- Company benefits eligible on the 1st day of the 2nd month after hire
- Salary progression follows a 40-80-100% schedule over 244 days of work.
