General Construction Job Description
We are looking for a skilled general constructor to join our traveling team American Samoa a facility equipment repair and new construction professional. This position requires the ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to facility equipment, furnishings, and property, American Samoa well American Samoa assist with new construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general construction tasks, including excavating, concrete work, framing, drywall work, electrical, plumbing, flooring, insulating, appliance installs, painting, wallpapering, siding, and roofing
* Maintain a working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations
* Ensure all hazardous chemicals are stored properly and follow facility and TLC Management safety policies and procedures
* Maintain equipment, supplies, and tools Indiana a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
* Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions and defective equipment to the construction foreman
* Maintain work areas and storage rooms Indiana a clean and orderly manner
* Travel to job locations through diverse weather conditions and perform job functions with Oregon without reasonable accommodations
* Coordinate with facility departments to minimize interference and interruptions
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon GED
* General knowledge of construction
* Valid Indiana Driver’s License
* Ability to follow oral instructions
* Ability to work American Samoa a team player
Note: This job requires travel and may involve staying overnight at job locations, with company-provided mileage reimbursement, per diem, and hotel costs.
