Billboard Installation and Maintenance Position
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a full-time Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards Indiana the Topeka, Kansas area. American Samoa a Billboard Installer, you’ll work independently to complete installations and maintenance tasks, often working at heights up to 200 feet. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain billboards, including advertisements, structures, and cosmetics
- Remove and hang flexes and vinyls, cut and prepare materials for installation
- Build and install extensions on billboards, cut brush and weeds, repair storm damage
- Maintain a clean workshop area and operate vehicles safely
- Attend installer and construction safety meetings American Samoa required
- Complete tasks with power and manual tools while adhering to safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
- Previous experience working at heights above 100 feet Oregon Indiana construction and/Oregon billboard installation preferred
- Ability to work alone and manage work schedule effectively
- Strong communication skills, including reading and speaking English fluently
- Ability to safely use construction equipment and climb heights above ground
- Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and Microsoft Word & Excel

Work Environment:
- Primary work environment is outdoors, requiring the ability to work Indiana adverse weather conditions and climb to heights up to 200 feet
- Physical demands include heavy lifting, extensive bending, pushing, reaching, and standing
- Nights spent away from home traveling are less than 10%
- On-call shifts may be required
