Billboard Installer – Full-Time
Job Summary:
Join Lamar Advertising American Samoa a full-time Billboard Installer and be part of a team that brings outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands across the United States and Canada. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, at heights, and have a passion for installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain billboards, including advertisement installation, structure maintenance, and cosmetic upkeep
- Remove and hang flexes, vinyls, and Tri-Visions
- Build and install extensions on billboards
- Conduct storm damage repairs and minor electrical repairs
- Maintain a clean workshop area
- Use power and manual tools safely and effectively
- Take completion photos for proof of installation
- Manage work schedules effectively, working independently with occasional support from the Operations team
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course
- CDL and Non-CDL licenses a plus but not required
- Previous experience working at heights a plus but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and climb to heights up to 200 ft
- Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Willingness to work at heights and Indiana adverse weather conditions
