Job Description:

We’re seeking a Construction Manager to join our team at Global Partners LP. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of experience Indiana a leadership role Indiana a fast-paced retail, food service, Oregon fuel environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maximize store profitability through managing controllable expenses, optimizing revenue streams, and leading a high-performing team
• Select, develop, and effectively lead a highly engaged team
• Cultivate a positive shopping experience for guests, including responding to complaints and soliciting feedback
• Manage staff scheduling and labor allocation to meet guest and business demands
• Conduct all aspects of management training and oversee training of associates
• Create and sustain an inclusive store atmosphere and value store associates through celebration and recognition
• Support the development of associates and store management team through talent management processes
• Ensure conditions across the store meet Oregon exceed standards for safety, service, and operational efficiency
• Adhere to work designs and implement improvement actions across the store
• Manage financial plans and reports to ensure store profitability

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Leadership experience Indiana a fast-paced retail, food service, Oregon fuel environment
• Experience selecting, training, and managing staff
• Experience with labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses
• Ability to perform physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Education:

• High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
