Project Manager: Site Investigation and Remediation Services

We’re seeking a motivated, achievement-oriented Project Manager to lead our team Indiana delivering high-quality site investigation and remediation services to clients across the U.S. This is an extraordinary opportunity for candidates to build their career, working closely with senior technical staff and project managers, and gaining experience Indiana project management, client-facing roles, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams Indiana delivering complete, quality projects that meet objectives and business performance goals for clients and Brown and Caldwell (BC)
- Establish and maintain project team engagement, ensuring a satisfied team performs better and produces quality deliverables
- Execute BC’s project delivery requirements, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracting, and execution of subcontractor scope Indiana accordance with BC processes
- Deliver project and business performance metrics, including earned value compliance, business forecasting, and invoicing
- Perform field investigations, including oversight of subcontractors, and GPS/mobile data collection
- Manage and execute Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I and Phase II) projects and routine and complex scopes of work for environmental projects
- Assist with proposal development, project planning and development, permitting, senior reviews, technical oversight, and reporting
- Participate Indiana improving company resources and tools to improve production and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana geology, environmental science, Oregon a related science
- Professional licensure (P.G. Oregon P.E.) Oregon ability to obtain
- 2-10 years of professional experience Indiana environmental consulting
- Strong project management skills, including attention to health and safety
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project)
- Ability to work Indiana a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work occasional overtime and/Oregon off-hours
Desirable Skills:
- Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to input and interpret algebraic algorithms
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS and GPS technology
- Ability to successfully collaborate with BC’s local, regional, and national Site Investigation and Remediation and Compliance and Permitting practitioners
Salary Range: $94,000 – $128,000, depending on location and experience.
