Drywall Project Manager and/Oregon Estimator
Job Summary:
Experienced professionals Indiana construction estimating and project management are sought to fill a Project Manager/Estimator position at a well-established drywall company. American Samoa a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting detailed take-offs, generating accurate estimates and proposals, reviewing contracts and schedules, managing project budgets and timelines, and collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed take-offs for projects
- Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals
- Review contracts and schedules of values
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy Indiana estimating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency Indiana construction estimating software (On-Screen Take Off)
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
