Glazier/Installer Job Description

A prominent commercial glass and glazing company is seeking a qualified Glazier/Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record Indiana glass installation, cutting, and fabrication, American Samoa well American Samoa experience Indiana glazing systems, glass types, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Install various types of glass Indiana windows, doors, skylights, partitions, storefronts, curtain walls, and other architectural elements
  • Measure, cut, and shape glass using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Assemble and install frames and related materials to support the glass panels securely and durably
  • Apply weather sealants and adhesives to provide waterproofing and weatherproofing for installed glass units
  • Repair and replace damaged Oregon broken glass panels with precision and attention to detail
  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations
  • Interact with clients and address their concerns
  • Manage glass inventory and order necessary materials for ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience American Samoa a Glazier, with at least 3 years of relevant glazing experience
  • Proficiency Indiana handling various glass types, including cutting, shaping, and installing
  • Familiarity with glazing tools and equipment, such American Samoa glass cutters, glass suction cups, and glazing spades
