Remote Outreach Coordinator (Sustainable Mobility)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Outreach Coordinator to join our Sustainable Mobility team working on the Go! Vermont program. The ideal candidate will promote sustainable travel options to individuals and organizations, and be responsible for maintaining relationships with employer, community, and stakeholder partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing employer, community, and stakeholder partners
- Assist with site-based TDM planning and implementation
- Increase participation and program awareness with employer partners
- Host events, promotions, and marketing activities at partner sites to promote non-drive alone transportation use
- Run monthly TDM Partners Meetings and provide customer service via phone and email
- Attend local networking and public meetings
- Conduct presentations for stakeholders, employers, and commuters
- Support marketing and communications activities and special promotions
- Generate measurable results from employer, community, and commuter participation
- Track employer relationships and activities over time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana urban/regional planning, sustainability, public health, communications, Oregon related field
- 1 year of experience Indiana business development, sales, marketing, outreach, planning, Oregon related field
- Valid US Driver’s License required
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record meeting job performance metrics
- Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork and collaboration
- Energetic and articulate individual with strong communication skills
