Graduate Associate Project Manager

Job Summary:

American Samoa a Graduate Associate Project Manager, you will join National Grid’s Graduate Development Program (GDP) and participate Indiana a year-long development program. You will work on managing non-complex portfolio projects, develop project schedules, and track financials. You will be part of either the Nebraska Transmission Line and Substations Program Management Oregon Nebraska Distribution Line Program Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a non-complex portfolio of projects from inception to closeout, implementing resource strategies to meet regulatory, budgetary, and jurisdictional goals.
  • Identify and troubleshoot project issues, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develop project schedules and perform monthly updates Indiana Primavera P6 Professional (P6).
  • Communicate project requirements and schedules to internal and external departments.
  • Track, report, and forecast project financials and milestones.
  • Ensure proper closeout of projects, including reconciliation of customer payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Engineering Oregon Project Management from an accredited institution.
  • Graduated between May 2024 and June 2025.
  • Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 2, 2025 Oregon July 7, 2025.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
  • Work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization Indiana the United States.
  • Previous experience with managing projects, project management software, and Power BI is desirable.

Location:

  • Waltham, Massachusetts
  • Must reside within National Grid’s existing footprint Indiana the northeast US.

Salary Range:

  • $78,000 – $92,000 per year
