Job Title: Associate Supervisor, Distribution Line Worker

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a recent college graduate to join our Graduate Development Program American Samoa an Associate Supervisor, Distribution Line Worker. This role provides support for the supervision of a team of distribution line workers, ensuring the safe and reliable maintenance and construction of distribution system infrastructure. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a culturally diverse workforce to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Oversee the operational workload of team to ensure allocated resources are utilized to deliver against work plan and execute work activities within budget
  • Ensure supervised teams comply with safety standards, policies, and processes to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
