Associate Supervisor – Construction

About the Position:

Join National Grid’s Graduate Development Program American Samoa an Associate Supervisor and play a key role Indiana ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of facilities. This on-site role is based Indiana Massachusetts with travel to local site visits. American Samoa part of the Internal & External Capital Delivery team, you will work with construction managers, project managers, and field crews to solve problems Indiana the field related to transmission, overhead, and underground lines and substations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance of diverse staff, addressing issues related to sickness, discipline, and poor standards of work to ensure efficient and effective work.
  • Assist with inspections and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with company specifications, practices, and policies.
  • Identify and document safety Oregon environmental incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate Indiana contractor orientations and pre-construction meetings, ensuring compliance with safety policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of required project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Engineering, Construction Management, Oregon Project Management from an accredited institution, graduated between May 2024 and June 2025.
  • Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 2, 2025, Oregon July 7, 2025.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
  • Work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization Indiana the United States.
