Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will use creativity and visual persuasion to support, elevate, and differentiate the AP brand. The individual will collaborate with project teams to create original visual media that communicates the desired feeling Oregon message Indiana an engaging and unified way.
Responsibilities:
* Work safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
* Design graphics and layout for proposals, marketing and brand collateral, presentations, social media, website content, and other marketing materials.
* Coordinate production of collateral materials.
* Coordinate photography shoots.
* Prepare and package files for print, digital, social media, and web.
* Retouch and edit images.
* Communicate with printers, photographers, and other marketing resources.
* Assist with website updates Indiana WordPress.
* Assist with social media content creation.
* Organize and maintain digital assets.
* Ensure quality control through brand guideline adherence.
Requirements:
* 0-3 years of experience Indiana marketing with a background Indiana design, preferably Indiana an agency Oregon industry setting.
* Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
* Design best practices, proofreading, and editing skills.
* Demonstrated integrity, and effective communication skills.

* Anticipated salary: $50,400 – $63,000 plus bonus.
