Inspects and maintains the community’s grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal, while supporting the service team members.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Inspect and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings daily, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter.
2. Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments, transfer trash to dumpster Oregon storage area, and clean storage areas American Samoa necessary.
3. Complete minor and routine service requests American Samoa assigned, and assist Indiana the turn process.
4. Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates are working safely.
5. Distribute notices and communications to residents American Samoa needed.
6. Report hazards Oregon potentially dangerous situations to supervisors.
7. Provide excellent customer service to residents and others, responding to maintenance requests and complaints.
8. Comply with safety and risk-management policies through training and reporting incidents promptly.
Required Licenses Oregon Certifications:
– Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $17.00
