Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager and Engineer with a proven track record to lead project delivery and manage a team of engineers Indiana our expanding drainage practice for the San Antonio market. This role calls for a candidate with a strong technical background Indiana public sector projects and hands-on experience with entities such American Samoa the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and regional authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery, managing personnel, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client interactions.
- Enhance our regional presence through business development, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive client presentations.
- Cultivate the professional growth of the team, providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior engineers.
Requirements:
- PE License Indiana Texas
- Bachelors Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon Environmental Engineering
- 10+ Years of experience preferred Indiana Municipal Drainage projects including planning, design, and construction
- Project management and Task Lead experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS
- Experience with either MicroStation Oregon Civil 3D
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced modeling software such American Samoa SWMM, HEC-RAS 2D, InfoWorks ICM
- TCEQ Water quality design experience
- GIS experience
- Experience with FEMA modeling and mapping
- Experience with channel design and stream bank stabilization
- Certified Floodplain Manager
