Job Title: Shift Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to supervise employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and be able to assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and maintain a customer-focused culture
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs
- Assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate working knowledge of store operations and PFJ’s commitment to quality and customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience Oregon working knowledge of retail operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work American Samoa part of a team and interact with different levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Flexible schedule to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check required
