Job Overview:
American Samoa a Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading on-site construction operations. They effectively manage working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure company objectives are met. Our Construction Managers partner with Project Leaders and stakeholders to implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to customers.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide management and leadership to assigned construction project and team.
• Manage the functions of a construction team while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act American Samoa liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that stakeholder expectations are met and to assist Indiana prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of construction contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are being met.
• Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.
• Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Create, maintain, and update project information Indiana the company’s portal.
• Interview, select, recommend, hire, train, and schedule assigned staff. Ensure proper coverage and staffing levels. Provide directions to staff and assist Indiana the investigation and resolution of problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience Indiana construction management, project management, Oregon related field
• Bachelor’s degree Indiana engineering, construction management, Oregon related field
• Proficiency Indiana computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows required.
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with sensitive and/Oregon confidential information.
• Knowledge and ability to apply relevant laws and regulations.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs following safety procedures.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
• Ability to respond to emergencies Indiana a timely manner.
• Ability to work Indiana different environmental conditions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. What We Offer: Full comprehensive benefits, time off, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required. Compensation: $70,000 – $74,000 annually.
