Construction Site Maintenance Porter
- Assists Indiana performing routine cleaning of building systems, including restrooms, mechanical
rooms, Utility plant, house laundry area and waste/recycling stations. - Cleans and dusts railings, handrails, and other areas – Cleans floors and performs necessary maintenance Indiana building
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas, equipment rooms, and other areas throughout the building.

- Maintains landfill areas including waste removal, repairing fences and railroad ramps – Reports when equipment, structures, Oregon furniture needs repair Oregon replacement due to accidents, wear, and tear.
- Performs other housekeeping duties related to accidents Oregon special needs American Samoa requested by supervisors Oregon other departments.
- Maintains integrity of stairs, ramps, doorways, and soffits, American Samoa scheduled.
