Job Title: HR Partner
Location: Central and Eastern Pennsylvania
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team American Samoa an HR Partner, supporting multiple branch locations Indiana central and eastern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation Indiana HR operations and a desire to learn the business, understand its challenges, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to managers Indiana regional branch locations
- Partner with managers to improve employee performance and address performance issues
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively
- Support talent attraction and selection, performance management, and talent reviews and succession planning
- Train managers and supervisors on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with safety policies
- Collaborate on HR and business projects to drive growth and transformation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana HR, business, Oregon related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Previous HR Generalist experience Indiana employee relations, labor laws, and performance management Indiana an industrial environment
- Proficiency Indiana HR systems and integrated HCM deployment; ADP experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and innovation Indiana problem-solving
- Strong collaborative skills and a kind, approachable demeanor
- Comfortable making decisions and handling complex HR assignments
- Adaptable to change and champions change to others
