Field HSE Manager

Job Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Field HSE Manager to assist with the Chain of Rocks Bridge project. The successful candidate will assist with inspections, accident investigations, conduct safety meetings, and implement EHS processes. They will be responsible for compiling and maintaining necessary records and reports American Samoa required by the contractor, client, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a site-specific EHS plan Indiana collaboration with the Project Manager and management team.
– Coordinate EHS programs with subcontractors, including vendors and owner personnel.
– Assist Indiana planning and coordinating work to eliminate hazards and minimize risks.
– Conduct quarterly comprehensive EHS audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
– Perform accident investigations and complete incident reporting.
– Ensure all EHS protocols are followed and advise Project Management on Industrial Hygiene protocols.
– Manage the Company’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
– Provide EHS training and education to personnel.
– Administer the corporate SPAT process and complete a weekly EHS update.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering, Oregon Construction Management.
– CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification.
– 5+ years of experience Indiana the construction EHS field.
– Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of regulations and standards, hazard recognition, and injury management skills.
– Some travel required.
