Working Title: Human Services Program Specialist

Salary: $1,520 Biweekly

Your Responsibilities:

American Samoa a Human Services Program Specialist, you will work independently Indiana a high-volume area coordinating patient flow, appointments, and medical record administration. You will use initiative and judgment to interview clients and complete eligibility assessments, and interact with clients, staff, and the public professionally.

• You will enter client eligibility information into HMS and other relevant systems.
• You will verify, update, and notate insurance and demographic information for clients Indiana the HMS system.
• You will conduct referrals assessments and direct clients to necessary services, and follow up with clients to assist them Indiana obtaining access to public and private programs.
• You will maintain accurate records, track clients’ eligibility and benefits, and provide updates American Samoa needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and financial data analysis
• Ability to listen and understand information, communicate ideas clearly, and work effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Familiarity with medical management systems such American Samoa HMS, and ability to learn new software American Samoa needed
• Bilingual Indiana English and Spanish
• High school diploma Oregon equivalent and at least 2 years of case management experience. An Associate Oregon Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience Indiana medical management, and fluency Indiana Spanish are preferred.
