Job Summary:
Operate, monitor, and maintain utilities and facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems American Samoa an Intermediate-level HVAC Building Tech II. Troubleshoot and repair systems according to standard operating procedures, manufacturer’s specifications, and safety policies.
Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance tools and assist Indiana recommending procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies to enhance processes and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers to improve facilities processes.

Essential Duties:
Assist technicians Indiana mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems maintenance and repair.
Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Use standard-issue tools and maintain a clean workspace.
Contribute to facility team-based goals.
Adhere to company safety policies, using required personal protective equipment.
Perform other duties American Samoa required.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma Oregon GED
Preferably with craft training
3-5 years of experience
EPA Certification
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Punctual and dependable
Basic computer skills
