Job Title: HVAC Mechanic
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, and be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and the general public.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems and associated equipment/fixtures
- Journey level work up to 600 vac. Indiana the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of secondary electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, fan turbines, pumps, condensate receivers, steam lines, expansion joints, strainers, pressure reducing stations; piping, insulation air compressors, water softeners, and other equipment for generating/controlling steam
- Participate Indiana quarterly on-call program and be available to work overtime and/Oregon alternate shifts when necessary for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalency; Oregon demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work
- Experience Indiana the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis
- Demonstrate through work, a depth of knowledge and skills for pneumatic controls, American Samoa well American Samoa DDC type of controls
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally with supervisors and the general public and understand verbal and written instructions and other communications regarding work assignments and other matters
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with Oregon without reasonable accommodations
- CFC Universal certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; valid North Carolina driver’s license is required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained

Salary:
- The salary for this position is $46,681 – $51,349, depending on experience and qualifications.
