HVAC Branch Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Manager to lead our team of technicians and provide exceptional customer service to commercial customers. American Samoa a senior representative of our company, you will communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job Oregon project status and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead technicians who install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Communicate regularly with dispatch to prioritize personnel scheduling and training requirements
- Report on project information, estimated time to complete jobs, labor hours, and parts Oregon material used to dispatch daily
- Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy and maintain minimal accounts receivables
- Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and objectives to ensure departmental profitability
- Maintain communication with vendors and factory personnel concerning warranty issues, product recall notices, and operational problems with products
- Perform advanced-level maintenance and service on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Review and interpret documents such American Samoa safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Work well with management, executive leadership, support staff, and technicians
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful and recent HVAC and refrigeration service management experience
- Two years of technical training Oregon a bachelor’s degree preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to generate ideas and create processes to grow the service department
