Role Title: Construction Supervisor (replacing EMS Foreman, Electrical to the EMS HVAC & Electrical scope)
Role Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee our Construction team on various projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and Indiana compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and doing safety at elevated level, level one fall harnisses, batteries, work from construction elevators… local ordinance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, remodel, service, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Supervise a team of installers, installation teams, independently performing on electrical, and EMS service work such American Samoa refrigerator and HVAC installation, and maintenance
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
