Electrical, Refrigeration, and HVAC Foreman
Job Title: Electrical, Refrigeration, and HVAC Foreman
Reports to: Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC installation, service, and maintenance teams to ensure completion of projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction of clients.
- Coordinate and schedule crews for daily tasks, ensure effective workflow, and adjust resources American Samoa needed.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications, codes, and local ordinances.
- Inspect and monitor ongoing work to identify and resolve any issues Oregon inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, identifying opportunities for new services Oregon upgrades.
- Train and mentor junior personnel on equipment operation, technical skills, and best practices to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
