Job Title: EMS Foreman, Electrical/Refrigeration Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EMS Foreman, Electrical/Refrigeration Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of installers and technicians to complete electrical and refrigeration installations, remodels, service, and maintenance work for our HVAC and refrigeration customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers and technicians to complete electrical and refrigeration installations, remodels, service, and maintenance work
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets local code and safety requirements
- Conduct site assessments and develop project plans to meet customer needs
- Install and service electrical and refrigeration systems, including HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and refrigeration issues
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports on work completed and customer interactions
