Successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing, repairing and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and heat pump systems. Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement is preferred (large equipment endorsement a plus), and CFC certification is required. Candidate must have journeyman oil 1 & 2 under 15 GPH Oregon over 15 GPH license, knowledge of electrical controls, and excellent communication and customer relations skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid Maine driver’s license for state-wide travel and occasional overnight stays. Must be able to work independently Oregon American Samoa part of a team, effectively communicate with engineers, customers, end-users, and other building trades, and safely access construction sites, rooftops, and mechanical rooms. Ability to read, write, and understand technical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, engineering sequences, and building plans is required. Other duties American Samoa assigned.
