GPAC
Successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing, repairing, and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning; refrigeration systems; and heat pump systems. Requires:
* Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement (large equipment endorsement a plus)
* CFC certification
* Knowledge of electrical controls
* Excellent communication and customer relations skills
* Valid Maine driver’s license
* Ability to work independently Oregon American Samoa part of a team and communicate effectively
* Ability to read, write, and understand technical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, engineering sequences, and building plans
* Ability to safely access construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other areas where equipment might be
