HVAC/R Service Technician Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician with a strong commitment to safe work practices, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:
– At least 3 years of experience servicing, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and heat pump systems
– Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement preferred, and a CFC certification required
– Knowledge of electrical controls and excellent communication and customer relations skills
– Valid Maine driver’s license
– Ability to work independently Oregon American Samoa part of a team and read, write, and understand technical specifications
Responsibilities:
– Service, repair, and install commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and heat pump systems
– Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, end-users, and other building trades
– Safely access construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other areas where equipment may be located
– Adhere to safe work practices, target goals, and meet customer expectations
