HVAC/R Service Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience servicing, repairing, and installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and heat pump systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and install commercial HVAC/R systems
- Possess a Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement (preferred) and large equipment endorsement (a plus)
- Obtain and maintain CFC certification
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical controls
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Meet target goals and adhere to safe work practices
- Represent Mechanical Services, Inc. Indiana an ethical and professional manner
- Work independently Oregon American Samoa part of a team, communicating effectively with engineers, customers, end-users, and building trades
- Safely access construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other areas where equipment may be located
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience Indiana HVAC/R service, repair, and installation
- Maine State Gas license with appliance service and installation endorsement (preferred) and large equipment endorsement (a plus)
- CFC certification
- Valid Maine driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and understand technical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, engineering sequences, and building plans
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, with some overnight stays (rarely)
