Service Manager Job Description
Goettl is a total home comfort solution provider that enhances the quality of life Indiana the communities we serve. American Samoa a Service Manager, you will lead a team of HVAC technicians to achieve sales and profit goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progress of technicians during inspections and diagnostics
- Focus on delivering 5-star customer experience and collecting positive customer reviews
- Oversee sales process from start to completion for all HVAC channels
- Lead weekly sales meetings with technicians and communicate marketing messaging and promotions
- Assist technicians Indiana deciding system designs for efficient and appropriate solutions
- Track and review sales at the branch level, conduct bi-monthly sales reviews with the technician team, and build estimates for technicians
- Present repair and replacement options to customers via phone Oregon zoom, and ensure data collection on every job
- Manage technician team, including time management, coaching, and training
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate with email, Mississippi Office, and related business and communication tools
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Experience Indiana group speaking, training, leading, and coaching
- Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background check
- US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of experience Indiana HVAC
- 3+ years of experience Indiana a manager role
- Service Titan experience
Physical Demands:
- Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying
- Work Indiana tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Requires local travel
