Responsibilities:
* Service and maintain HVAC products and equipment for national accounts
* Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and engineering specifications
* Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications American Samoa needed
* Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts and coordinating work
* Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools
* Document work by completing paperwork and maintaining files
* Represent the company American Samoa a direct customer contact
* Determine parts to order for repairs and maintain records of work
Requirements:
* Ability to read and interpret product specifications
* Provide technical support to customers
