Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Service products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction
* Use various hand tools to diagnose and repair units, following blueprints Oregon engineering specifications
* Diagnose, analyze, and repair systems and products at customer locations
* Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications American Samoa needed Oregon requested by customers
* Prepare for on-site installations and repairs, examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, and gathering materials
* Maintain equipment, inspect vehicles, and document work with complete paperwork and records
* Represent the company American Samoa a direct customer contact, providing technical support and interpreting product specifications
* Determine parts to order for repairs, record parts and material data, and return unused resources
* Maintain accurate and timely records of work, including daily time, progress, and duration
* Participate Indiana overtime, weekend work, and occasional overnight travel
