HVAC Service Technician
Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, is seeking a highly productive HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnose and repair units using a variety of hand tools and following blueprints Oregon engineering specifications
- Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations
- Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications American Samoa needed Oregon requested by customers
- Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts and anticipating difficulties
- Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure they are Indiana good working condition
- Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
- Represent the company American Samoa a direct customer contact and provide technical support
- Determine parts to order for repairs and ensure timely delivery
- Record parts, material, labor, and other cost data per assignment
- Provide ongoing product and technical support to customers
Requirements:
- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends American Samoa necessary
*Ability to read and interpret product specifications - Ability to stay current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
