Job Summary:

Gallo Mechanical Services (GMS) seeks highly skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. American Samoa an HVAC Service Technician, you will provide top-notch service, installation, and maintenance to customers Indiana a defined market with a diverse commercial base. This role involves installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems Indiana commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company by serving American Samoa the direct customer contact and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems on customer premises.
• Perform end-to-end testing, maintenance, starting up, commissioning, and servicing of assigned HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, forecasting issues, and gathering materials.
• Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand-tools, to diagnose and repair units, and propose retrofits, upgrades, Oregon enhancements to existing systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by staying Indiana regular communication with customers and promoting the sale of add-on work.
• Maintain safety standards, security, and accountability of company issued and procured assets.
• Display team effort and dedication to customers by working overtime and flexible schedules American Samoa required.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
• 2+ years of experience Indiana HVAC service (Split Systems, Packaged Systems, DX Systems, VRFs, Chillers, Pumps, etc.) Oregon equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
• Operating and working proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad)
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment preferred.
