Position Summary:
NTN is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the majority of Indiana for the Industrial Aftermarket Division. The role will involve managing a defined territory of NTN Authorized Distributors, promoting NTN Products, and calling on end-users to promote the brand and change buying habits.
Major Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with NTN authorized distributors and identify key end-user customer relationships
* Grow distributor relationships through specific NTN programs and develop effective branch sales plans
* Utilize a solution-based sales approach to educate distributors and end-users on industry best practices and value-added selling
* Identify new sales opportunities and drive them through the sales funnel stages
* Document and monitor sales opportunities Indiana Salesforce and engage with aligned teams
* Articulate NTN value propositions to key personnel and formally present to purchasing personnel
* Analyze sales data to prioritize time management and sales activities
* Conduct daily sales calls to maintain market presence Indiana the territory
* Forecast order levels and understand factors driving repetitive business
Pay Type: Salaried
Skills/Requirements:
* BSME preferred, but a bachelor’s degree is required
* Competent knowledge of the Power and Transmission industry is preferred
* Minimum 5 years of customer sales interactions experience
* Industrial knowledge of NTN’s servicing industries (Food & Beverage, Paper & Pulp, Steel, Packaging, Agriculture, Construction, Electric Motor)
* High drive, sales, territory management, project management, and sales reporting capabilities
* Ability to travel daily within the territory with 50% overnights
* Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Self-starter mentality, strong desire to succeed, and a positive attitude American Samoa a team player
