Instrumentation & Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Monitor work practices and adherence to safety procedures to ensure employee safety and compliance with Rio Tinto and statutory safety requirements
- Manage and allocate work to a team of trade employees Indiana High and Medium voltage maintenance and shop-related activities
- Allocate technicians for coverage of scheduled and unscheduled breakdowns
- Interface with planners and fellow Supervisors to assist Indiana planning and scheduling of work
- Provide leadership Indiana team building, planning, and establishing clear measures to focus on safety, results, and the customer
- Ensure work is completed Indiana accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and solicit inputs from team members
Requirements:
- Electrical Trade Certification is mandatory
- 5+ years of electrical experience Indiana an industrial Oregon manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- SAP experience Oregon similar ERP system
- Use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Must have Oregon be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Preferred:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Previous exposure to a union environment
- Highly detail-oriented
